This season, MFNC ran our first "vote count" event in many years. I knew there had to be an easier way than creating an entire presentation via a spreadsheet full of votes. I looked at a couple of apps, but they weren't going to work for our voting system. Stuart from Club Vote Count reached out for feedback, and I explained the problem to him. He immediately went to work on a solution. We couldn't be happier with CVC. We can completely customise the voting process for each team, including the number of votes given, the number of voters, and the number of players receiving votes. Stuart worked with us to fine-tune and provide solutions to every issue we faced. The system provides a smart-looking customisable presentation to run the night, a leaderboard available at the click of a button, and simple navigation between rounds. Adding players and games is a quick and easy process that can be done at any time. Importing players from an Excel spreadsheet was also very helpful. Stuart was approachable, incredibly helpful, and apparently never sleeps! He answered emails promptly at all hours. We are very happy with CVC and look forward to using it again next season.

We recently used Club Vote Count for our end of year vote count and presentation. The format was easy to use, and presented very well on the big screen for our presentation evening. We loved that we could access it online, meaning multiple people could access the count to complete it ready for our big night. The display is really clear, easy to read and we loved that the final tally could be tweaked to show the top five counting down to the winner. We also love that this is now a database for our Club to hold historical records for all out players, and each season. Stuart was super speedy getting back to us with any questions which also helped us have a much smoother presentation day. We definitely recommend using this program to make your end of season wind up super easy.

First of all, we love the concept of your program and we had so many comments back from all of our associated clubs, previous years vote counts only showed a leader board at the end of each round so having the ability to show all grades their 1, 2 & 3 votes for every game was fantastic and helped to build a better and more suspenseful atmosphere on the night.
